– Experience in supporting Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) manager server and workstation clients in an enterprise environment for laptops/desktops/virtual desktops (both persistent and non-persistent) and Mac OS.
– Installation, configuration, migration from one version to other and day-to-day management of SEP
– Troubleshooting and tuning of SEP
– Understanding of Windows operating systems, active directory, group policy objects (GPO)
– Experience working with Symantec EDR

CyberArk EPM Admin job: Expertise in CyberArk EPM SaaS based module, installing the EPM agents, configuring them to connect to CyberArk core vault for local admin management password rotation and application elevation for windows 10 desktop/laptops, Persistent Virtual Desktop (VDI),non-persistent VDIs and Macs.
Monitor the events in CyberArk console and create policies.
Recommend and implement the industry best practices for EPM rollout and ongoing support.
