Customer Advocate 

Location: Helena, MT

Duration: 12 months

This position is responsible for researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate and objective manner.

*High School Diploma or GED.
*1 year customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment.
*Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions.
*Data entry and/or typing experience.
*Interpersonal, analytical, organizational and independent decision making skills.
*Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
*Medical records remote retrieval experience
*Experience with Microsoft suite
*Detail oriented
*1 years customer service experience.
*6 months data entry experience in an office environment.
*Experience working with healthcare providers
*Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
