This position is responsible for performing concurrent review in accordance with accepted department criteria; performing discharge planning and identifying alternate treatment programs; conducting episodic case management, consulting and collaborating with providers, members, and other resources as appropriate; assessing, planning, and implementing options and services require to meet an individuals health needs within the scope of their benefit plan.

– Register Nurse (RN) with current, valid, unrestricted license in state of operations or reciprocity.
– 3 years of clinical experience

– Incumbents with nursing licenses in positions/departments requiring multi-state licenses are required to obtain and maintain additional current, valid, and unrestricted applicable nursing licenses in other states as determined by management. – Familiarity with UM/CM activities and standardized criteria set.
– Knowledge of ancillary services including HHC, SNF, Hospice, etc.

*Training is completed through WebEx precepting. Worker should be able to hit the ground running.

Proposal Writer

Job Purpose
This role will be responsible for driving strategic activities associated with Request for Proposal (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFI) requests. By joining our team, you will be challenged to lead, research, customize, organize and synthesize information to ensure the highest quality of service is provided, while remaining consistent with the Company's policies. In addition, you will participate in the activities involved in the resolution of issues associated with the RFPs and RFIs, owning them from start to finish.
As part of a proactive and collaborative team, you will exercise strict adherence to detailed customer specifications, while also drafting proposal materials to utilize as a reference tool when completing future proposals or internal requests will be an additional responsibility.
Required Job Qualifications
*Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related field OR 4 years of proposal writing experience in lieu of a degree
*3 years of proposal management experience specifically in the national/major or public sector.
*Demonstrated experience in leading complex RFPs for large, national employer groups.
*Must be proficient in quickly reviewing and analyzing proposal solicitations and related documents to pull out all pertinent information
*Demonstrated experience supporting highly customized proposal responses tailored to the client.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) with ability to interface and work effectively as part of a team and cross-functionally
*Demonstrated ability to autonomously lead the proposal process from beginning to end, while working multiple RFPs/projects simultaneously
*PC skills and experience in Microsoft products.
*Verbal and written communication skills to complete Response for Proposals, coordinate activities with many departments, and incorporate layman terms in the proposal.
*Demonstrated project management, organizing, planning and scheduling.
*Demonstrated creative and business writing skills.
Preferred Job Qualifications
*Experience and skills with proposal automation software such as Qorus.
*Proposal writing experience in the commercial, healthcare industry.

Coordinate new development activities and ensure they are consistent and well integrated with the established enterprise information architecture, using metadata management and/or a repository to promote reuse and standards adoption. Understand data retention and audit requirements and their impact on enterprise information architecture. Experience designing and implementing high performance data structures. Experience in data modeling, including logical and physical model design. Experience in database design methodologies, database architectures; ETL tools and related integration technologies. Translate strategic requirements into a usable enterprise information architecture, which may include an enterprise data model, associated metamodel, common business vocabulary, ontologies and taxonomies, which will then be used to guide enterprise solution development and achieve consistency of information assets across the application portfolio. Oversee mapping of enterprise information architecture models to package application models, to determine impact or assess suitability of vendor solutions to enterprise information architecture requirements.

Possesses familiarity/knowledge of basic accounting terminology and concepts and manual or automated filing systems. This position is responsible for making phone calls to various facilities and provider offices to retrieve large amounts of medical records. Enters tracking information in program and must be proficient with use of database and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Claim knowledge required, experience preferred. Performs various other project- related tasks as needed.

PS-Data Entry Operator-IL

Duration: 6 months

This position will start remote and will be onsite when a RTW date is confirmed. Candidates must meet the following to work remote:

Performs low-volume data entry (average: 5,000 to 8,000 keystrokes per hour). Performs basic management of electronic files (i.e., print, copy, transfer and delete). Accesses information from a computer and/or maintains a computer database. Enters data for envelopes, labels, form letters and correspondence. Formats and produce documents. Detects and correct errors. Uses word processing, spreadsheet, database or other software on a computer. Can also use basic office equipment (including a photocopy machine, facsimile machine, binding machine, etc.) and has the ability to follow instructions.

Senior Communications Specialist-IL


Senior Communications Specialist

This role will be responsible for assisting in the transition/migration of scheduled email communications from one delivery system to another. Primary responsibilities include conducting an analysis of the full scope of existing communications and providing recommendations on the transition, based on message performance, trend analysis and expiration date. Additional responsibilities include managing the transition of the content, based on defined priorities.

Candidates must:
• Possess strong project management skills, be extremely organized and work with a high level of attention-to-detail and self-motivation.
• Have experience building and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders, including virtual business partners and executives.
• Show proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Work autonomously, with minimal guidance, through complex business issues

Business Skills REQUIRED:
2+ years’ experience developing communication strategy and materials. Experience using email tools such as Silverpop, Adobe Experience Manager, or Adobe Campaign preferred.
Education Requirements: Degree in communications or related field, 3-5 years communications experience. Project Management certification is a strong plus.
